HEADED OUT AROUND 530 AM...SHOT STRAIGHT OUT TO THE WEST EDGE...NICE RIP..NO WEEDS...RAN OUT TO 500' AND DIDN'T SEE MUCH SO WE HEADED BACK TO OUR RIP AND FOUND SOME WEEDS FARTHER NORTH.

HEADED OUT AROUND 530 AM…SHOT STRAIGHT OUT TO THE WEST EDGE…NICE RIP..NO WEEDS…RAN OUT TO 500′ AND DIDNT SEE MUCH SO WE HEADED BACK TO OUR RIP AND FOUND SOME WEEDS FARTHER NORTH…TROLLED IT AND LANDED THE BIG BULL ON A 24 OZ TROLLING WEIGHT WITH A BLUE N WHITE ISLANDER…NICE FIGHT FOR ONE OF MY GUYS FIRST TIME OUT…FOUND A BUNCH OF SCHOOLY PHIN ON THE SAME CHUNK OF WEED AND COULD NOT GET THEM TO BITE ANYTHING…WORKED IT FOR 45 MIN WITH SEVERAL DIFFERENT SPREADS…LEFT THEM ALONE FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES AND HEADED BACK….THIS TIME PULLED UP ALL THE LINES AND CUT UP WHAT LITTLE FRESH BONITA WE HAD LEFT AND CHUNKED EM RIGHT IN…WE MUST HAVE CAUGHT 30 AND RELEASED FAR MORE THAN WE KEPT…RAN OUT OF BONITA AND THEY WOULDNT CHEW ON ANYTHING ELSE ONCE WE SPOILED EM ON THE GOOD STUFF….NOT A BAD OUTING IN THIS HEAT WITH LITTLE FISH BEING LANDED FROM WHAT I HEAR…HEADED BACK IN AROUND 2 PM…
